Hey guys! These past weeks has been incredible! I’ve lost a lot of weight after Nova changed the training to upper and lower body – it really changed a lot! Both with my eating habits because I’ve been more motivated to diet better because of better workouts, and my workouts has been improved a lot! I am starting to get back to the weight I used before corona shotdown – benched 100 kg times 2 this tuesday, so that was a huge milestone that I crossed again Everything is really going as good as I could ever imagine right now The scale said 92,4 this Tuesday as well, and that is just amazing I am sorry I’ve been a bit quiet lately, but there has been a lot at work, and I am preparing to move with my girlfriend within the next month
It’s going really really well! Been in gym two times, on 27. and 30. Feeling super good and I really enjoy the workout plan, it is well balanced, challenging, and takes less than an hour to complete, so really happy. Body is feeling great as well – Looking forward to keeping it up all summer
Hey Daniel, it’s Lewis here. Thought I’d give you a biiig update because it’s been over a year. Things have changed dramatically for me, I currently weigh 74kg.. what a difference from 114kg over a year ago, so happy I took the initiative to message you and sort myself out. I started some calisthenics body weight training about a month ago and trying to build some muscle now, I am definitely noticing a difference and my strength is increasing! I have not lost any muscle. I would like to drop down my body fat % a bit more, hence the training to build some muscle, people tell me I don’t need to change anything more but I don’t know I’ve got the bug now and I’ve gained sooo much confidence, it’s unreal! haha. So we are looking around 6.2 stone lost, I am also feeling quite lucky in the fact that I am not suffering from any loose skin at all (I was scared of that).
My old pants now no longer fit, I am 15 kilos down so far and I cried when I put on my pants from when I was a teen and they fit. Same with my belt. I am over the moon. Almost below 3 digits too in weight.
So I just broke the 100 barrier for the first time again in 3-4 years which is nice
Well with the diet and the exercise I was losing about 0.5kg per week but after switching to your diet I was losing about 1-1.5kg per week which is way more. I am now down to almost 115 kg. I am feeling so much better and more confident.
All I can say is wow the dedication from you guys is unreal the amount its like I’m not even changing meals there’s nothing on my meal plan that I wouldn’t eat off of a diet, it’s insane. I can’t wait to start, I’ve got some shopping to do and then this journey begins everyone you guys rock, I’m definitely recommending you to my buddies
Really good feeling healthier and can feel difference in the muscle strength, I am losing weight reasonably well and enjoying the workouts. My workouts have increased to a reasonable weight also, looking forward to week 7+, macro wise I am really close to hitting the 35pct marks most evening and normally with 200-300 calories spare.
Nova Gingi Hvis jeg lige skal give en hurtig update en sen søndag aften som idag så går det faktisk rigtig godt pt. både med kosten og træningen jeg træner jo både i FW her hvor jeg bor også går jeg også til styrkeløft 2-3 gange om ugen hvor jeg faktisk skal til min første konkurrence her sidst i september måned så det er jeg skide spændt på men også samtidig nervøs så jeg træner utrolig meget lige pt og holder mig også til kost planen men alt i alt er jeg faktisk utrolig glad for jeg skrev til jer og har det samtidig også påvirket mit humør jeg er blevet mere glad og ikke lige så træt i min hverdag som jeg var før så ihvertfald fra min side af skal i have et kæmpe tak og fortsæt endelig det gode arbejde!!
Just wanted to say to everyone here that even though its only been 2 weeks of following the program, I’ve already dropped below 100kg’s and I am very grateful for the help and guidance, and can’t wait to see where I end up once I’m at the 12-week mark
Starting to see progress! Not only on the scale but also in the mirror
Might sound cheesy af but, I really don’t see a negative side to the program up until now. Going into week 4 I feel driven and determined. Whatever was feeling wrong before is getting way better now. I feel that during the day I also perform better. My days are all over the place with integration course, trainings, work, figuring out stuff for stream and now even more things with the animation academy incoming. And now it feels possible and fun. Trainings also mean more somehow. Feeling like you train and then feeling your body changing is amazing.
Hi all, my first post here but I’d like to share my story as I’ve been on a long journey since the start of 2020 and lockdown, I was very unhappy with my weight becoming out of control and it was starting to take its toll on my mental health especially. I have suffered with anxiety for most of my life and my image was a big factor not helping my confidence at all, I would hate going out and talking or interacting with people. This really affected me in my job as an aspiring vet nurse and performing as a violinist. As an avid WoW player I came across GFG and decided to message Daniel and see if he could help, I began my journey slowly changing my eating and fitness habits and slowly but surely started to see progress, I started at 114kg and today I am at 74kg and have never felt better in my life. Not only have I found new confidence but created a mindset I will carry on and improve for the rest of my life. If you’re thinking about starting your journey or are struggling (I know I was at times) then I would implore you to get started and talk to the guys, they are such great support! The journey doesn’t stop here for me, I’m just getting started This has proved to me that anything is possible!
